Hi Louise, We have just received your review and we would like to discuss the matter, so we can get this sorted out for you as quickly as possible. We are extremely sorry that you have had this problem as we ship thousands of heaters each year without any issues. We are speaking to the company involved now and if you have a driver name , telephone number or any information that would be a great help. As we use external couriers to ship our storage heaters it is harder to directly control but it is totally unacceptable for anyone delivering on our behalf to act in this way. Again our apologies that this situation has arisen and would like to work with you to find a resolution. This is something we have never experienced with any of our couriers previously and we hope it is something that will never happen again. We are taking this extremely seriously as we pride ourselves on offering a quick and professional service to all our customers. “I was pleasantly surprised to find a company that did what the man I spoke to on the Phone told me would happen with the delivery of my order, exactly as he had forecast. and I was very happy with the storage heaters supplied, a bargain at the price paid. I would certainly reccomend Storage Heater Sales to anyone thinking of purchasing new storage heaters.”

“Heater has now been installed for 2 weeks and works fine; much easier to control than our ancient Creda was. Delivery aspect could have been improved - there was silence for several days before it was confirmed, and when it arrived the driver was unhelpful with a brusque jobsworth attitude. The heater was left at the door and he refused even to help us lift it over the threshold. My wife and I are not in the first flush of youth, and we had to unpack it outside. And even then, lifting just one brick was tough.”

“Once I had decided on which storage heaters I wanted to replace my old heaters,storage-heater-sales were by-far the suppliers providing the best price,delivery options to suit me and great customer service when I contacted them.My heaters have been delivered and now installed at a huge saving on prices quoted by three other companies.Cannot recommend more highly,William Wilson”

“Ordering and paying were very simple and advice sought and given was good but packaging for delivery was EXTREMELY poor - dangerous to man and product. Call me on 01666 823737 to discuss further the way of packaging and palletisation which was poor and dangerous to the delivery driver and myself could be improved. Colin Quaife”

Good Morning, Thank you for your feedback and we are pleased to hear you were happy with the customer service you received. As per the delivery, we deliver over a 1000 storage heaters a month packaged in the same way for over 35 years and have never had any problems. The storage heaters are delivered in this way as it is the safest and most cost effective way. If we were to deliver every storage heater on a full pallet we would have to charge £32.50 +vat to the customer. It would also be a waste of space for the courier company as they would not be able to fully utilise the trucks. We are sorry you felt the delivery was not safe and can only look into it to see if maybe the pallet was damaged in transit making it not safe. If you could send us some pictures of the pallet it arrived on and we will look into if it was any different to the others we send out. if you could send them to sales@storageheatersales.co.uk I look forward to your response and hope that we can resolve any issues. “The Panel Heaters were delivered by a third party, who just wanted to dump them and run, but not Storage Heater Sales fault. Fitted 4 already and just waiting for the missing brackets and screws to arrive to fit the last one. Easy fitting and efficient operation. A better design of the wall mounting brackets to prevent the movement of the heaters in the slots when fitted, would make them excellent.”
