“Product is great (2nd heater ordered) but once again the fixing kit was not sent. Not delivered next day not right when I have electrician on standby. Shame about this one asptect as I said second time it has happened. Matter does needlooking into”

“That’s very strange I’ve just literally received this email and open the box at the same time today and I found that their storage is dented in many corners I’ll be taking photographs and sending them your way and asking for a replacement the driver did take a photograph but how can you tell inside I cardboard box ? Also maybe my fault I didn’t make myself very clear I didn’t understand if it was a just plug and play thing which is what I really want please get back to me as soon as you can I will send you the photographs and evidence I’m not destroyed any of the packaging but the driver did take the pallet away Your sincerely Tom Falzone”

“Looked at products on the website which was quite comprehensive. Phoned and spoke to a member of staff and received some very good advice. Very pleased with the service. The only down side is that delivery information is only sent after 5pm, which doesn't allow much time to make arrangements for the following day. Some of my delivery information was wrong but by this time the office was closed and I couldn't chase it up. So had to resolve it the following morning, which was the day of delivery”
