“Not yet installed , but very nice looking units, received well packed and undamaged , The delivery driver was very efficient, and delivered the pallet the length of the street on a truck, as his vehicle was too large too negotiate the street,”

“Great dealing with Cory, but as it is the hottest week of the year they have not been fitted yet, as I arranged for them to be delivered 23/8/19 ad came on the 23/07/19 oops!! Never mind, they are here, look forward to getting them fitted”

“This firm is very helpful and informative with technical support I am having problems with Delivered six days on and still no heater, Delivery firm failed to deliver on two fixed appointments?? Now sitting in third time and delivery firm want answer the phone and my tracking number Is no. Longer recognised 😡😡😡😡”

“The lorry driver who delivered the storage heater was very polite and apologetic that he was not allowed, because of H and S, to help me carry the unit up to the first floor for my flat. As an 80 year old I found the prospect of me having to carry the heater by myself a bit daunting.”

We do state on all product pages, the delivery page and our Terms and conditions page that delivery is only curbside due to insurance reasons. As it was ordered online we shipped this on our standard next day delivery service and we can only assume that you had read the site and arranged suitable help. “I ordered by telephone, a very lovely man took my order, answered all my questions and could teach a lot of other companies I’ve dealt with recently, a lot about good customer service. We bought a new storage heater to replace our very ancient one and couldn’t believe how efficient and controllable it was. Really delighted with everything. Thank you.”

Hi Richard, Thank you for your review. We have checked our system and can see this item was despatched on a next day service. However, you were not available for the first delivery and it was delivered on the next available day. Have you also tried calling Elnur UK's Technical team to help with programming your heater? Their contact number is 01942 670119. I can also see you struggled to navigate our website could you please let us know what the problems were so I can try and get these rectified. Best regards Cory

“Excellent service from the moment I phoned to place my order. Storage Heater Sales quick to answer phone. I asked for delivery on a specific day for over a week later..no problem. They provide confirmation email of order. Leading up to delivery an email is sent to confirm order out for delivery on the delivery day I specified, plus the delivery company and tracking number. I received 'Excellent' service from staff at Storage Heater Sales, 'Excellent' service from Palletways and their driver. Definitely I would recommend Storage Heater Sales.”

“First when enquiring about the heaters the gentleman couldn’t have been more helpful. Paid for the radiators and was told I would get the radiators the next day which happened before 10:00 am. There was just one problem the delivery driver couldn’t find the wi fi box for the radiators which was not Storage Heater Sales fall and the Lady I spoke to said she would speak to the transport company to sort it which she did and it was delivered before 10:00 am two days later at my request. The best bit though was the price of the radiators which were a lot lot cheaper than anywhere else that that I had researched. All in all a first class job.”
