I already had 2 heaters fitted and decided to add the wifi hub because I found the programming confusing. This was delivered as fast as magic!! - many thanks. Initial registering was a bit fraught but once I contacted the help desk it fell into place. I can only say my heating is superb! Any suggestion to go back to the old storage heaters would be madness. These are controllable storage heaters, Yes! actually controllable! I wish I had a bigger home so I could buy some more!

I was very pleased with how quickly the storage heater was delivered and how easy it was to order it online. Now that it is installed, I am delighted with it.

According to the website, orders made before 11.30 will be delivered the following day. This did not happen but it arrived early the day after.

Would have been 5 stars but we had no delivery time or date of arrival. Luckily someone was at home when heaters arrived.

At the moment, the heater is on the wall, and working, I am still working on programming it to what times I need it to come on, it is trial and error at the moment.

Trying to arrange a return, as you will not arrange collection. Goods arrived in different conditions. Loose bricks separate from Heater and box damaged. Very poor assistance with returns process which needs to be on a pallet etc.

Although we were able to order our storage heater without problem the company promised a delivery date which they had no way of delivering as it was in the hands of a different company. We had specified a date as we had to travel 120 miles to receive the heater. Merinal offered us £35 recompense. We had to drive to the delivery company depot and collect the heater ourselves.

Hi, thank you for your review. We apologise that the item did not arrive as planned. Unfortunately due to driver shortages throughout the UK your item took longer than expected to arrive to you. We paid for a Next day service, as we do with all our orders. However, on this occasion, the depot were unable to fulfil this on our behalf. We offered, to re-arrange to a suitable day with an upgrade to AM or for you to collect from the local depot with £35.00 refund, as this was our cost of delivery. We did this to ensure you were able to still get your item on the original agreed day. Again we are sorry about this and hope the £35.00 that was accepted, covered the fuel and times used to collect from the local depot. If you need anything else, please call us. Regards Cory

Wrong delivery date given to me on the phone by company staff member so stayed in all day for nothing. After discovering tracking info online found correct delivery date. No reply to my email about convenient date. When delivery vehicle arrived it was driven by one lady only ( should be 2 people?!) The pallet was broken so my husband had to help with carriage of the heater from the vehicle!

Hi, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately some deliveries are taking longer than usual due to the driver shortages. Additionally, we can only apologise about the wrong day being given via phone call, I am not sure how we have done this. With regard to the single person delivery, It is stated on the delivery pages and within the delivery tab on product pages that orders are kerbside only, using a courier and in this case a palletised one. This is due to the weight of the consignment and insurance reasons. We can also only apologise about the pallet being broken and can only assume this happened during transit to you. I have checked our messaging system and cannot see any email about a delivery date? I am not sure if this has been blocked by our servers?
