My storage heater was duly delivered by the next working day after Queen Elizabeth’s funeral which was perfect!
Are you at Merinall aware that after accessing Palletways website to check on delivery they forward customers onto a company called Trackerlynet who ask for £1 (then requested payment via my bank card details) before providing the tracking service!
As according to Merinall tracking was free I was astounded and of course did not give my card details.

The two storage heaters were delivered very quickly, I ordered them on a Friday and they arrived on the Tuesday so I feel that four days is absolutely amazing, I'm now waiting for the electrician to fit them at the end of September, if they work as well as the quick delivery I will be over the moon.

Having researched the item both locally and on the internet this company sold the item at the best price, then having spoken to a salesperson about delivery I was advised to order my item on a Friday afternoon as wanted a Tuesday delivery communication with the company excellent and delivered as expected with a 2 hour time slot really pleased with this company and would highly recommend

Ordered two heaters online from information that was given to me by staff they looked up room size and told me which was the right one for that room.arrived in three days so quick delivery,don’t know what performance they will give as they are not being fitted for a couple of months so looking forward to see how they perform.
