"After only two months of use, the leather on the collar that I purchased had begun to flake and crack and the hardware had begun to tarnish and turn green. I contacted customer service with multiple photos showing these faults, I informed them that my dog hadn\u2019t gone swimming in this collar, I hadn\u2019t used any products on this collar and that there was nothing that we had done that may have caused these issues so quickly. There was no response, so I contacted them twice again, and after two weeks they finally responded to me and it was implied that these issues were caused by something that I had most likely done wrong. I can\u2019t stress enough, that I have not used any products on this collar, my dog hasn\u2019t been rough or gotten dirty in this collar, and there has been no water or dirt on this collar, and I informed them of this. There has been nothing on our part that has caused this, this is a clear result of poor quality. It is a shame as Rouge Royalty supposedly sells high-quality products that are meant to last, but the collar that I purchased from them began to deteriorate within only two months of wear. Their \u201ccustomer service\u201d has informed me that they won\u2019t be doing anything to solve the issues that I am facing with their product, there will be no replacement or refund. Not only are they not going to attempt to solve this issue, but they have delayed responding to every email that I have sent them by weeks at a time, and they have continually implied that I\u2019ve done something to cause these issues to their product. This is some of the worst customer service I\u2019ve experienced and I\u2019m shocked at the lack of care for their customer\u2019s experience."

"STAY AWAY!! \r\n\r\nBrought a leather leash from them, stitching came apart, studs and rings came off after 6 month of use for my 7 months old puppy, American bulldog.\r\n\r\nThe DOG TRAINING leather leash was advertised as ideal for handling any type of dogs, including working and training dogs such as Police, security and military dogs.\r\n\r\nI reach out Rogue Royalty via email, explaining the situation, where in return received nothing but accusations and assumptions.\r\nAll of a sudden it was not a proper fit for my dog, that it was purchased on sale (like there is a difference with a quality and sale items are lesser quality) and so on, saying in the end that they value me as a customer.\r\nBut what about 10 years warranty?\r\nIt\u2019s very misleading and disappointing that Rogue Royalty can\u2019t back up their claims, but trying to be shifty about it.\r\n\r\n\u2014 Lack of customer service \r\n\u2014 Lack of integrity \r\n\u2014 False advertising \r\n\u2014 Waste of time and money\r\n\r\nI wouldn\u2019t waste my time with the leash for $40 , but Rogue Royalty claimed the best quality and lifetime warranty, clearly they have no idea about.\r\nDon\u2019t be misled by flashy showmanship"

"I love the quality of these collars and leashes, I haven't seen anything like it at this price point anywhere. My dog is tiny, 4kg and everyone asks me where I got her leash and collar from. She swims in the ocean weekly and the collar looks as good as new because of the quality brass and leather. Additional things (in addition to more options for the XXS size) I would buy from you in a heartbeat: 1) Proper engraved brass tags (not anodised aluminium) and 2) Apple Airtag holders that fit on the collars and look cute."

"I have been a customer of Rogue Royalty for 2 years going on 3 years now and I have never seen such craftsmanship when it comes to dog collars. The first collar and leash I bought in the burgundy still looks as beautiful today as it was the day I bought it and the metal fittings and quality of leather has not frayed or failed in securing my dog comfortably and most importantly, safely. Wendell is also very passionate about his business and ensures he takes care of his customers should they ever have an issue like I did as at one point I had received an incorrect product. Wendell has resolved it in such a timely and professional manner and I have since bought over $2000 dollars worth of collars, harnesses and leashes for my pet and will continue to support the business as long as the quality, craftsmanship and its service is there."
