“I visited Story in Southwell today for the first time. The clinic is really lovely and tucked away nicely if you are looking for privacy. I was greeted by Sophie who was extremely friendly and helpful. Marcus totally put me at ease and was very informative and explained everything really well and with no pressure at all to have a treatment. I had Botox injections and they weren’t painful at all. I had a really good experience and I will definitely be going back.”

“I visited the clinic today for the first time and was warmly greeted by a lovely young lady on the reception very friendly, I was then take through to Dr Marcus who talked me through different treatments, he makes you feel so relaxed and not pressured in anyway to have treatments, the treatments I did have were painless, best injections Iv ever had, will definitely be back thank you”

“I had been following Marcus for about 2 years on Instagram. He was booked for 3 months but a space became available and took the plunge. I had a bad experience 8 years ago with lots of bruising after Botox. This time I had 3 areas done with no sign of any bruising. I am thrilled with the result and going back next month for other treatments.”

“I attended my consultation with Dr Kane for anti wrinkle treatments. I was first greeted by sophie who was lovely and welcoming before going through to the treatment room. Dr Kane was very professional and explained and addressed all my needs. I was completely comfortable with proceeding there and then with my treatment, given aftercare and also recommended further treatment for other areas of concern with no pressure. Would highly recommend and will be returning for more treatments.”

“I received a Hydra Facial today with Lucy and am so happy with the results! My skin has never looked as clear and glowing and since leaving the clinic today I have even received comments on this. Lucy was very good at explaining every element of the procedure and I felt very comfortable throughout. Lucy paid close attention to my problem areas and I’m really happy with the results - thank you Lucy and thank you Story.”

“Thorough consultation, treatment plan tailored to my needs, amazing results, improved my confidence instantly. Wish id come sooner but so glad I've found the clinic, very professional and friendly team. If you feel it's expensive (especially with salons popping up all over offering discounts) I would say it's worth the investment knowing you are in trusted professional and highly qualified, skilled, safe and friendly hands. Can't wait to come back.”

“I had some horrendous fillers done by another practitioner and I was in a panic. I came to Story and was assessed by Tristan. He thoroughly checked me over and reassured me that no permanent damage had been done. He worked out a plan for me to put it right. I was reassured and am so grateful. I now have a plan to put it right and I will never go anywhere else as I trust the team here implicitly!”

“The care you are given from the reception to the actual treatment room is of the highest quality,, Dr Emily is and just has to be the best cosmetic surgeon around,, She is very thorough with her questions on your past and present health,, Definitely is extremely professional,, asking what you want and only once she knows,,, tells you what she can actually do for you.. Very kind, thoughtful and considerate as well beautiful .. She definitely puts you at ease from the moment you walk through the door! The young man at the reception was absolutely amazing too,, Making sure you are comfortable before going in for your appointment, and the fresh coffee is an added bonus,, Thank you Dr Emily Macgregor for making this old woman feel absolutely brilliant,, Eve”

“After feeling somewhat nervous as this was my first venture into this type of thing, I was delighted with the fantastic help, support and confidence of both Sophie on arrival and Dr A Kane. Genuinely nothing was too much trouble and their very personal service made the whole thing easy and comfortable. “My recent visit to STORY clinic was an absolute pleasure. The clinic itself was clean and tranquil and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I was treated by the lovely Dr Emily who really listened to my concerns and discussed a bespoke plan for me before treatment. She has amazing attention to detail and the results were exactly as I wanted, natural and refreshed! I am delighted that I chose to see Dr Emily at STORY and I would highly recommend it.
