How do I stop a recurring charge to my credit card since the Straight Talk phone was lost in a boating incident and I do not have the IDE number? I get no satisfaction when calling the Florida number for the charge billing to my credit card. They can not tell me the phone number associated with the charge but do say the telephone number I am calling about has been cancelled. I have sent a request to my credit card account but Straight Talk sent them copy of their terms and conditions but refused to stop or reverse the charges. May I add, they stopped charging for a month but changed the amount and began charging again for a different amount! How on earth do you get out of this issue? I will dispute it every month until I die I guess.
