“The process was quite complex with 6 parties involved and steep learning curve for us on lease details. Despite this StreetFleet ensured that all details were communicated in a timely and efficient manner to us and other parties. Both StreetFleet staff involved (Robert and Amy) provided clear instructions on what documents needed to be signed and what still had to be completed; Robert in the initial stages was also extremely helpful in sourcing a car and taking us through the finances. They both did an excellent job especially given limited time leading up to Christmas and several parties going into shut down during this period. They also responded rapidly to requests from us for clarification and where we had not completed a step were quick to follow up with us. Due to their diligence, we were able to get our new car in time to go on a driving holiday. I would recommend StreetFleet to another staff member at CCNSW.”

“A wonderful experience from start to finish. The team bend over backwards to make sure it's a seamless process. I'm on my third novated lease and can not pick any faults!”

Hi Glen, Thank you for taking the time to complete the review and sorry to hear the experience was not as clear as we would have liked and up to our usual standard. I have checked with IT and We don't have an email sent from "relationship" at StreetFleet so I think that this must have come from your salary packaging company with whom we work closely. “The process was a little frustrating. I was sent the initial quote with the wrong annual salary amount. Then once I signed it and sent it back, I thought all was good. But then I was sent more paperwork to complete and have signed. This unfortunately delayed the commencement date. Is it not possible to send all of the required paperwork together. Given the below options are not relevant, can I suggest an additional option Ie. Transfer of probated lease vehicle”

“I spent a long time deciding on what I would do as far as Novated Leasing went. I wasn't sure which vehicle I wanted and how my salary would be affected by the expense of leasing a car. My agent Jodie was an absolute gem to work with. Jodie helped me with numerous quotes for every time I would change my mind on a vehicle and would answer any questions I had promptly and efficiently. Amy was fantastic in organising my finance for my dream car. Her expertise in the field shone through and her communication style was also brilliant. Both of these ladies have made this experience one I will value for a long time and I look forward to dealing with them both again at the end of my lease term. The last time I purchased a new car was in 1976, and I couldn't be happier with the process I have been through this time. Thank you Jodie and Amy, I couldn't have done this without you and I am so in love with my new car. Thanks so much. Karen Ryder”
