“Stride Travel is a good site for comparing numerous tour companies. However, twice I wrote a review of a trip that I'd taken, and both times a software glitch caused my review not to be posted. Given how much time I spent writing my review, I was very frustrated and disappointed with the "review" feature of Stride Travel.”

“We really enjoyed having Stride Travel to compare the different options for our trip to Ireland. It made it much easier for us to find all of our options as there are MANY different places out there to book these types of trips! Thanks, Stride! I love that we can receive a rebate for booking through Stride, also, though I wish the process was easier. We initially booked through Stride, but after sending all the documentation, they contacted the agency that we booked through and were unable to verify that we initially booked through Stride. I have since sent more documentation to Stride and hopefully we can get it all worked out!”

“It took longer than expected (3 days) to receive the reply. I'd already checked the trip provider's (Intrepid) tour details and I had asked specific question in my inquiry. Instead Stride got the trip provider (Intrepid) to send me same details that you can find on their website. Personalised customer experience was missing.”
