“Hola! Last year we decided to publish our programs in Uruguay with Travelstride, but due to the Covid-19 the border of Uruguay has been closed for tourism and still is. The business development director has been very comprehensive which we really apreciate. “Reserved a trip via Stride. The price that Stride had advertised was $300 less than the actual price of the tour when I went to book it...which was more than our original budget. My response from Stride? “Oh sorry. Must be frustrating.” Incorrect lower price is STILL listed on their website several days later... 😕”

We're sorry you had this experience. We know there's nothing we can say to make it better, though perhaps an explanation would be appreciated. While it may seem easy, because we get pricing information in automated ways from over 1,000 different travel company websites, and they present prices in different ways with different conditions, sometimes it can cause confusion for all of us, especially if they make changes without telling us first. We aim to get 100% accuracy and clarity but we do fall short in some cases. We're always fixing and improving though.
