Paid a £169 for special edition Edwin/Stuart jeans just gave them a cold wash as i spilit something on them leather label is now blank so how would anyone know these jeans were special what con these could be from anywhere. Labels on my others are better this one i am sure is plastic

Sorry to say but dispatch was a disaster. Parcel has been sent to a different person 500km away. Shirt still not received. Very sad.

Website was great and service and delivery. The major issue is the shoes are different from the ones in the picture. The description was Brown/ Gold. The picture had a Yellow gold which is what I liked. The actual shoes are a shiny metallic gold. I do not like this at all.

Purchased a Barbour quilted jacket, but have returned the item as some of the internal pockets had come apart at the seams. I have returned the item and am currently awaiting a replacement.

Bought a pair of Armani jeans, the jeans sent are nice but they’re not the same as the ones pictured on their site, they’ve sent a pair from the previous season so i think they’re just offloading old stock and not sending the product pictured. I will be returning fur a full refund!!

After ordering online I decided to ring and confirm the size was an xl after being told it was definitely an xl I felt a bit better. I paid for next day delivery and when it arrived it clearly was too small an more a medium to large. I also paid for recorded delivery for the return so postage in all cost me £18. Not happy

Timberland Boots 1) Quickly Dispatched 2) Delivered As Agreed 3) Boots/ were badly marked and gave the general appearance of a used pair of Timberlands. 4) I purchase many pairs of boots from the Timberland website, and never have they delivered a pair in this condition. 5) These Boots will now be worn for Dog walking 6) Good company/ poor quality product.

I bought a Pendleton wool shirt which has a strong chemical smell. I have the suspicion that it gets dry cleaned and re labeled. I asked stuarts but they dont even answer!

I ordered pair of black Springcourts. The box arrived promptly. It said black . But inside the pair of trainers was white. However I have decided to keep them as I can't face the hassle of returning them.

Delivery let them down, their website said delivery on the next working day which would have been the Monday. Waited in all day, Royal Mail tried to deliver on the Wednesday and I collected that Thursday! Not good considering we paid for the service, Stuart's response Royal Mail collected it on the Saturday but didn't scan it and to give it another 24hrs, Royalmail showed me the report collected and scanned on the Saturday this is the reason for my poor rating.

Website is superb. Unfortunately it's now been a week and I still have not received my item. I accept that you aren't responsible for the Royal Mail but maybe worth considering a more competent delivery company?
