“I ordered a US size 11 and that is what was on the receipt/document in the package. However, the shoes that I received were a US size 10.5. Not great but as I live in the US I don’t really want to pay international rates to have them shipped back to you in London.”

“I ordered 2 pairs of jeans from them and never received them, I had to call a number of times to finally be told they had the jeans and they would be refunding my card, waiting a few days again no refund or explanation what was going on and now I have been told it should be in my account within 7 days even though the normal procedure is 3 working days for the bank to refund”

Dear Andrew, We do apologise, It was a total cock up by the courier, they couldn't deliver for some reason, probably an incompetent driver. I have raised an investigation with the courier also. I am also going to quiz staff, why you had to call in a number of times, it should just take 1 call or an email to sort out. From our side, we do the refund straight away, it usually just take 2-3 days from the banks, in the very worst case scenario, 7 days. Which is what we quote, just to be on the safe side. Once again my sincerest apologies, I would in normal circumstances offer a discount however with current Covid climate, we are already offering 20%. I do hope you give us another opportunity in the future to restore your faith in Stuarts London. 95% of the time everything runs like clockwork, although no excuse for your experience, we are limited to what we can do, once we hand over the parcel to the courier company.
