Well my first order for an event i was attending on Monday. Ordered and paid for Saturday delivery. It's now Wednesday and still havnt arrived. So far awful service and expect to be compensated for not meeting your basic obligations. I will review the garments when they eventually arrive

HI Robert Apologies about the delay, but if you require a next day delivery - you need to order before 3pm. As highlighted on the website. I noted your order came in on a Friday evening at 9.10pm - and when you selected The Saturday delivery Service- that would be allocating a slot for the following Saturday - almost a week later. At checkout when you select a delivery service, it does give you a time estimation of delivery, which I think may have been missed by you. We will see if we can in future make this any more prominent. Kind Regards Ravi Grewal

Hello, The fact that you would have a sale item and redact it is beyond me. Prior to purchasing this item, I had no knowledge of your company. Perhaps this was a promotional ploy to generate more foot traffic on your website. I’m disappointed and will see to it that others online are aware of this type of behavior.

It would seem that Stuart’s do not like negative comments as their post has been deleted where i gave an honest account of their awful international service. 3 orders in a row to UAE I have had to report the parcel not turning up. This time I’ve already waited almost three weeks and told there is now an investigation into the whereabouts of my parcel which will take 14 working days and then they can tell me what happens next. I asked them to either resend another order or to please cancel and refund my money and I was told it is company policy they cannot do that- so basically you have to wait and hope it turns up in the next few weeks mate. I was told that management would contact me yesterday - of course radio silence. If you live overseas do not touch them with a barge pole. Happy to share correspondence if you think I’m moaning for moaning sake.

Still waiting on my Lois jeans …got a 31 x 30 …too tight ….so sent back for swap for 32 x 30 ….still no jeans or refund 🤔

For the price of the percolator I feel it could have been of lager capacity. Also I find that the heat transfer is also very poor.

You might want to consider telling your customers from outside of the UK that customs fees are almost €90 on top of purchase cost. On an item that cost €190 to begin with it is a bit too much I would say. Woop brexit!

I would love to be able to review my items but as I still haven't received them I can not,,, to be honest I'm very dissapointed i ordered the items as a gift for my sons 21st and it says on the website delivery's to Ireland 2 to 3 working days,, I paid the duty on the items and I still haven't received them and it is 8 days later and still no package I'm very very disappointed

Shoes arrived with different color to each other. I tried giving it a little brush that didnt help. Very disappointing experience, never again.

Worst experience, they mislead with their tax calculator by showing twice less tax value. They refused to reimburse half the tax bill, which would have been fair in this situation so that both the customer got the order and the store made the sale. Delivery also takes now 6-7 business days while they claim it takes up to 3 days to my country. Not recommended.

Sorry, I have to take back my previous 5 star review. You see, when a company issues promo codes I expect them to be honoured. I thought that perhaps it was just bad luck that they don’t apply to Chukka boots. However, when looking to make subsequent purchases, they aren’t valid once again. Shame on you!

I placed an order on line on Sunday 4th April at 12:15 PM which was acknowledged. I then received a second e-mail on Tuesday 6th at 14:23 giving a track and trace number. Nothing was received so I chased the order on Sunday 11th and the reply I received yesterday was that Royal Mail were having problems at their Jubilee mail centre. Today I received a message from Royal Mail stating that they have received the consignment some 9 days after my order, I reported that to your selves but I haven't heard form you. Today I get asked to write a review, salt into wounds comes to mind.

2nd time I’ve ordered trainers, paid and had confirmation only to then have the follow up email to tell me they’re out of stock. More frustratingly, I ordered a T-shirt alongside trainers which was in stock, so I paid £4 delivery for a T-shirt I wasn’t that bothered about which added 50% to its value. Should be able to cancel full order when part of order isn’t available.

No free returns. Cost me £9 to send the item back, then got charged for the “free postage” on the item when processing my refund. Will not be using again.
