“5 STARS! I am a long term customer of Ralph Lauren's products, but especially their RRL range. I was looking for a specific piece which was out of stock in Bond Street, Kensington etc. I searched online and found one available at Stuarts store, which I must have driven past countless times, unaware they stocked RRL items. I called the store and spoke to one of their friendly staff who suggested I ordered online as the item is held in their warehouse. I signed up with their first time customer registration promotion and saved 15%, which arrived by courier the following day. Delighted and look forward to using Stuarts for future purchases. “Bought 2 items, first one had to be sent back but the process was brilliant, the other item I wanted from Lacoste but they had sold out and it was a limited edition but Stuart’s had one and cheaper and again brilliant service.”

“Product arrived as described. Fast dispatch, but unfortunately the delivery was delayed due to Royal Mail, and not Stuarts. On the whole, I am happy how Stuarts handle the situation with the delay, so can't fault their customer service.”
