“Quick service, but let down by original delivery courier Hermes. Customer service was absolutely outstanding, and resent the item ( exactly what I expected) next day via DPD- can't recommend highly enough.”

“The delivery etc was very good and the ordering process was efficient. However the beats pill I ordered randomly turns off after about 10 minutes of not being plugged in. This has been a recurring problem with myself and beats, as many products I recieve from their site are faulty and have to be replaced.”

“Yes, very good at the price. No manual but managed to get one on-line from samsung. I need a way to secure it in portrait format to help with marking exams so I can view a whole page without scrolling.”

“Had a few problems with my order which didnt egfect me as they were so quickly and competently resolved by a member of staff from student computers who got back to me swiftly and I was able to comunicate with a real person about my issue. Despite the problems it had no effect kn the delivery time. The price was great and I was a bit sceptical at first wether I was going to receive a genuine product but the product I received was very high quality and most importantly was genuine. So in conclusion I am very please with this Low cost, High quality, flexible service.”

“Excellent condition and very good value---free delivery in two days---picture,sound and extensive menu good. installation not easy---entered "pin number" and "done" then could not access next stage! otherwise enjoying the TV. Guess I will need help to become "SMART"”
