“Purchased an Ipod Touch 8gb,Item itself was OK but I purchased it for my twin grandchildren with a view to purchasing another it it was suitable. The Ipod came with the back panel clearly belonging to a 16gb version. Contacted customer services but they first told me I had received the 16gb version by mistake when I explained it was an 8gb they said they could do nothing about it. When I mentioned purchasing another they didnt even offer me a discount. Terry Bostock Brighouse”

“I wanted to buy a very basic desktop but wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. The member of staff I spoke to was very knowledgeable and really helpful. They were able to make a couple of recommendations for me. When the desktop arrived it was very simple t set up and performed exactly as advised”

“I was contacted via phone a couple of hours after I placed my order. A guy listed where every single scratch and mark was on the iPod and confirmed with me that I was happy to receive this product. The iPod was delivered as described and on time. I would certainly recommend people to this site and I will definitely be back. 10/10.”

“I ordered a refurbished iPod classic as a replacement for my old and now discontinued classic which was well and truly broken. I found this site in google and they were selling them at a great price (considering a new one is going for £500 on amazon) placed my order and it was delivered to me via courier the next day, in good condition and working fine, no problems putting my 10,000+ songs on it either. Would definitely recommend/use again!”
