“The Apple Pencil was faulty not working. It costed me a lot of effort and talk with apple till it was confirmed that the problem was in the product itself and not from the iPad .it costed hard reset to my iPad with buying external USB to backup my data from my iPad. Now the pencil has been sent to apple to deal with it. I was under the impression that you inspect your goods before sales. I tried to write you email but always auto-rejected !!! I would not recommend anyone to deal with you.”

Your product was a Brand New product, we do not take products out of the packaging and test them if they are new I am afraid. “Excellent company to deal with. The 22" Phillips monitor grade A refurb is exactly what I was looking for and with prompt delivery and superb packaging at a very affordable price. Even when there is an issue with an item, which is rare, iut is dealt with and resolved immediately with no quibble. Great work guys keep it up.”

“I have used Student Computers for laptops, iPods, iPads and now Beats headphones. On every occasion the service has been exceptional. Even when something go a little wrong, such as the cable being left out of the headphones box, they go the extra mile - one was sent first class, no quibble. I recommend them to my family and friends.”

“Customer service wasn't interested in hearing about errors on their website, apparently it's my fault that I didn't read the two conflicting bits of information on the same page (one sentence in the item description saying that the product was in its original box, and another sentence half way down the page saying it wasn't). Quite rude and not interested in solving the issue.”
