“The purchase was clear and simple. I had to call to advise that the item had not been delivered when required and they were very apologetic and did what they could to deal with the issue. They also issued refund on delivery costs straight away too. Excellent dealings.”

“Easy to use website. Ordered an ipod which was in very good condition. Received phone call confirming grade of ipod and letting me know what damage there was (none in this case). Good delivery. Only downside was the charger received with ipod broke after first use. Have used this company before and would definitely use again and recommend to friends.”

“Easy to order. I was then contacted buy a member of their team to run through my order and give me very detailed info regarding the condition of what I had ordered and I had the opportunity to cancel if I wanted. Shipping was fast and I received notification when the item was dispatched. When the iPod arrived it was in fantastic condition. Brilliant company!”
