My son contacted customer service and was told that there would be a $40 fee for shipping and repair. As the watch is new, he replied that he could simply return it for no cost. He is still working with customer service to resolve this. I am disappointed in the product not working out of the box and then a hassle to resolve it is very poor customer service.
