“Shipping is a bit long and the received product has a missing parts on the strap. However, Stuhrling sent me a new strap replacement directly after knowing my case and I'm happy with it now.”

“The quality of watch is great for the price point, in fact I bought a second one. The first it was a problematic shipment as I had to pay Italian IVA (vat) cash on delivery which is very uncomfortable. I suggest to improve this. I would also like multiple strap/bracelet options for each model. I bought 2 Maritimes.

“The design is ok, i like it, and it's why I decided to buy.
But, as I received the product, I found that the long needle (minute pointer) of the watch was missing (there was only the short needle, the hour pointer).
I sent email to Stuhrling, but haven't got a response yet.
I also realized that the printing font on the watch surface is quite blurred, not sharp. It's not as luxury as seen on the website.
I'm awaiting the response about the missing of the long needle.”

“After a month, I still haven't received my package.
My watch was supposed to be shipped and delivered in under 10 days.
Now, I've reached out to Stuhrling customer service which was unable to provide any kind of answer, not reading the informations I was giving them and sending me back to step 1, before just disappearing.
I'm still waiting for my refund. Lovely.
I will never order from them again and I'll make sure my friends won't either, even though they were all found of the first watch I had gotten years before.”
