When i've used your customer service dept. they have been very accommodating . Your styling is very unique and very European which is very appealing to me.”
“It was junk. The dial was broken and instead of offering an immediate replacement I was asked to send a video of what wrong. Seriously? My one star is split between the product and customer service. Since it was to be given as a gift- I had to go to the local mall and buy a replacement. Lesson learned with this company.”

“I first became aware of Stuhrling as a result of browsing my Amazon account. I started to take an interest in the diversity of styles offered by the brand. Eventually, I decided to purchase a timepiece utilising the Amazon app. I chose a quartz GMT model in 'Batman' colours. I was impressed with my purchase; The styling, finish and general quality was very good at the price range. I was smitten, and decided to purchase direct from Stuhrling. I registered my particulars and chose an automatic Diver model (Regatta) in blue. I found the whole process relatively straightforward. I was kept informed at every stage of the shipping process, until the item was in the hands of the UK courier designated to deliver to my home address (Yodel). Let me just say, that after three further purchases using the free shipping facility, I believe that it is prudent to avail oneself of the subsidised $25.00 delivery option. You really don't want your precious Stuhrling timepiece to fall into the hands of Yodel! Two of my timepieces, on separate occasions, were very fortunate to make their way into my hands and, on the third occasion, not at all. The contents of the package were pilfered. To Stuhrling's credit, a replacement was dispatched to me by means of FedEx. What a difference! I find Stuhrling''s customer service is next to none; par excellence! I have recently ordered another timepiece and am awaiting delivery. So, five watches in all! And, I appreciate each one, whether automatics or quartz. The same attention to detail and finish. They look far more costly than they are in reality. So, I can heartily recommend the brand, the product and the company!
