“If I could give 0 stars I would. Thought I had finally found somewhere that does school trousers for my skinny 6 foot 2 13 year old. But no, although the size will be perfect and at a reasonable price. The site will not accept payments for my order. Also many emails simply ignored.”

We are so sorry that when you visited there seems to have been a technical fault with the website as it was not allowing you to place your order. Our customer services team answer all emails that we receive so we don't understand why we would not have seen your emails. We also have friendly telephonbe support to help with all queries, Monday to Friday 9-5 and would have been delighted to help if you had called us. So sorry that this was your experience :-(

“3 pairs of trousers for my 15 year old..6 days in and one the hem completely undone and another pair ripped between the legs. Poor poor quality also extremely poor customer service as they couldn’t even be bothered to respond to my email. Money is tight for everyone but only me and paying that bit more for extra sturdy trousers because you think they will last so it’s worth that not more and for them to do this just isn’t acceptable.. will not use this company ever again. Customer service 👎.”

“When I ordered they had a drop down selection to choose colour I chose black. When the shorts arrived they were grey I checked website and they had removed the drop down box and it said only available in Grey! If that was the case I would never have ordered. Shorts were ridiculously large and bigger than measurements on website. Will not order here again!!!”

Hi, we are sorry to hear of the issues you experienced. Had you of ordered black and they were out of stock, we would have contacted you to discuss a refund or alternative. We would not send grey without dicussing this with customers in advance. Black is not available in all of our shorts so there may have been some confusion as to what was ordered in the first place. We are always here to help and had you of contacted us to discuss your requirements, size and colour, I am sure our team could have offerd a suitable alternaive.
