They have taken thier payment but still on a waiting date for delivery. Their dresses looked so elegant but not the material. Just like shein ,poor quality materials. “These shoes are definitely not worth the money. Poor finish and am convinced will not last long. Opted for the COD option hoping that I will be able to see/examine the shoes before I paid for them, but the delivery executives are instructed not to hand over the package unless paid - which means you get stuck with them whether you like it or not. Refund policy is a farce as they only have an exchange option (read their refund policy before purchasing) - on reaching out for a refund on their official email ID, you will conveniently be redirected to communicate with a WhatsApp number that takes its own sweet time in responding. Don't even bother calling the number as no one will pick up. The process of initiating an exchange is so frustrating that I eventually gave up - I guess from the sellers perspective it's a win so why wouldn't they deploy such a strategy. My advise, re-consider if you are looking to buy, for the same amount of money you will get better and original options of other brands which undoubtedly will be better value for money. The 1 star is only as I have something to show for the money spent.”
“I shop online all the time and I am meticulous about checking and double checking measurements. They have the wrong measurements on their clothes. The one item that did fit has cheap thin material and a flimsy cheap zipper that gets stuck at the neck. It was a total waste of money. Never shop there. If I could give them a zero, I would.”

“Almost everything i purchased was faulty the skirt was so tightly folded it had pulled in the fabric. The beautiful yellow floral coat did not fit correctly as the sleeve holes were too tight and the seams on the sleeves were crooked. The quality of the clothes on the website looks really good & reviews on their website are 5⭐️ ! In reality - the quality is inferior and, I don’t know who’s written those reviews, but I can’t find a single good thing to say about them. It took over 3 weeks for all items to arrive.

Return items are at your own cost. Beware beware return address is in China and at YOUR OWN COST. The cost of my returns was £26. & took several emails back & forth to obtain the return label - although emails were replied to generally within 24 hours.
