“It was a sizeable order but TWO were compromised. One was completely in pieces - I planted the pieces but they are small and most are turning black. The other was too dry, crumbled in my hands. I'm considering dropping my monthly subscription. Also, your system let me BUY 3 heat packs which surely weren't necessary in the box. One would have done.”

“This was the worst plant I have ever received y mail..and shame on the seller who take your money..and send the customer a plant that look so bad..I will never buy from this shop again..this plant look old and all most dead...what a shame.😱😟😝😱”
