“This is the second fairly large order I have received from succulent Depot. Both times the plants arrived healthy and happy. The second order was put in the neighborhood mailbox at night in 20° weather. Since I was expecting a delivery to my front door, the plants sat in the mailbox for nearly 24 hours. They were all fine, much to my surprise. I also really enjoy the variety of the succulents offered through this company. Highly recommend.”

“4/6 plants I've gotten came to me in bad shape. I had to save all of them. I didn't pay to SAVE a plant (though I have for the most part); I paid for a healthy plant. Also the customer service was terrible when I was trying to refund the half dead plants I received. In the end they still only refunded me for a plant and a half.... 🙃🙃🙃 Will never order from here again.”
