“My wandering dude had a lot of dried leaves upon arrival. One succulent was also browned on some leaves. All the succulents were bone dry and some wilted and I potted / watered them immediately after they were delivered.”

“Ordered 1 barefoot and 1 two inch pot. Paid extra for the warming pack. Arrived in pretty good shape repotted the bare root immediately and placed both succulents out of direct sunlight the bare root seems to be doing well but the 2in pot one leaves mostly shriveled up.. fell off not looking to good.”

“The string of pearls were wonderful, but one of the string of hearts was not rescuable. When I opened the package, it was quite messy. Of the two hearts i ordered, one was in ok shape, the other in bad shape. For this one, all but one leaf had fallen off when I opened it. I’ve been trying to rehab it, but it’s not going to make it from the looks of it. The packaging around each pot could have been done with more care. Not sure I will order again.”

“The package arrived with half the soil spilled out from the containers and the plants buried in what soil was left. Getting them situated out of the packaging was an unnecessarily messy job (yes, I know they are plants but this is for an office space). I also realize they are succulents, but if you could have contained the soil better for shipment, either by wetting it or covering it some other way, this would have been a happier purchase. I do like the plants themselves. Thank you.”

“It took a little over a week for them to ship my order, and the 2” baby necklace I ordered was so tiny I could have gotten one of my fellow plant friends to send me a cutting for free of it. It’s literally about 1cm around and about 1 inch tall. Very disappointed with that. The string of buttons in my order was pretty decent and I’m happy with that one.”

“I have ordered a few times and have been happy with my orders, however my last order came extremely small and wilted. 3 days after I got the order I noticed that my plants were covered in mealy bug's with the exception of my monkey tail cactus cuttings. The monkey tail cactus cutting came healthy and are doing well.”

“Out of all the plants I ordered, one casualty, I think it froze on the trip. I am including pictures. I was disappointed I think it was the string of pearls, I really can't tell. Do/will you replace the one that did not make it? I know I ordered one of those heat pads also, but it still looks damaged. I waited a few days to see if it was going to get better, but, I don't think it's going to make it.”
