“Plants received wasn’t the same size as I ordered”

“It was terrible my cotyleden paw bear plant arrive with only tye stems no root at all,it did survive cause there were no root, it's like they cut the leaves and stem and put on top of a bunch of cotton in a box, so how can it grow I will never buy from this company again..”

“Plant arrived completely dead and only wrapped in paper. I tried to reach out to support the next day, March 5th and it's now March 11th... no reply. I tried to save it since I've saved a lot of plants out my 150+, but was unsuccessful. Very sad because this is such a beautiful plant. I will definitely not buy from this company again.”

“I am afraid I have to say this was the worst experience I have had with online shopping. The plant arrived totally dried out, almost no potting soil was on the roots because the plant was only partially wrapped in a small piece of paper. It would have been better if a small plastic container or even a bag was used. I had to add soil, stablizing with stones and soaked the pot overnight to revive it. I don't know if I will buy anything in the future.”

“Absolutely horrible. So disappointed. Planta were open and broken and essentially dead "not dormant" like they try to convince you. Will never purchase from here again!!!”

“This is my second order with Succulents Depot. The first was great, plants grew like crazy and were beautiful. This time, the plants were both either completely dead or close to it within a week. Didn’t even get to water them a second time after repotting and they were both gone. I’m really disappointed, I was excited to order again and this has made he hesitate to spend my money with Succulents Depot”

“I've started hundreds of cuttings over the years with pretty good success, but the cuttings I received would not grow roots at all, they just shriveled up n died. Could be my fault, could a been the cuttings, but either way I'm without my fire chalksticks”

“The tradescantia was crushed between 2 heat packs did not.make it, both plants were wrapped in a brown paper towel then butcher paper.. both plants were dry as a bone and and dirt was everywhere”
