“The plants arrived mostly as described but a few of them were a big subpar to me. Here is the specific rundown of each plant ordered: 1. Tradescantia pallida 'Purple Heart' Wandering Dude - arrived bare roots but looked good and thriving 2. String of Hearts - variegated - arrived in fine shape but very small and will need to grow more before potting 3. Othonna capensis 'Ruby Necklace' - arrived in great shape except a little wrinkled but perked up immediately after watering and a repot 4. Sedum "Cherry Tart" - arrived very wilted and not thick at all but perked up after watering and a repot 5. Aeonium - Blushing Beauty - arrived as described 6. Crassula capitella 'Campfire' - doesn't look like picture at all - not compact but definitely a nice size for the pot 7. Graptosedum 'Francesco Baldi' - doesn't look like picture at all - very small/not well formed 8. Cotyledon tomentosa Variegated Bear's Paw - arrived as described - very happy with this one”

“For the most part the plants were so beautiful that as I acclimated them from dark to light somebody took 4 plants (the shipping time was too long). Lola had a lot of mold on her root ball. My experience with mold is that the plant dies usu after 2-3 months . Any suggestions? All others were packed well and healthy. Thanks”

“The plants arrived quickly and seemed to be in good condition. However, there was no packing slip or any type of reference to tell me which plant was which. I had to actually go to your website with a list of the plants in my order and cross reference them. Some of the plants were for another person and I had to figure out which ones were hers. So, it is now going on a month since I received my order. The plants are doing GREAT!! One of them is actually flowering and I didn't know it even flowered! Really glad that I purchased from Succulents Depot. They are about 1.5 hours from my home. Maybe next time I will drive down and really browse through their selection!! Thanks Succulents Depot!!”

“The plants seemed to be okay, but the packing was poor. The soil was so dry that I basically received bare root plants with a box of dirt. The plants had too much space in the box to bounce around and lose their dirt. I was planning on canceling immediately, but I am going to give it one more delivery (August) and see if maybe this was an anomaly. If August comes as poorly packed, then I will probably cancel.”
