“I’ve never ordered a plant online before so didn’t know what to expect. When it arrived, it looked almost dead. Most all the leaves had fallen off or were dried up. Only a bit on top still looked alive. I followed the directions as soon as I received it. Put in pot with succulent soil mixed with perlite and watered. The leaves still look curled and wilted. Am praying it survives”

“A little smaller than I had hoped; however they arrived timely (approximately 8 days) and packed well. I was looking for a true Christmas cactus and finally found these. I bought several as gifts; the price was right. The larger ones were already sold out. I'm excited to watch it grow and hopefullly can keep it alive.”

“The Christmas cactus we bought came quickly and healthy. I was concerned that they were damaged by sitting in our mailbox with 20 degree temperatures for several hours but they survived and look healthy.”

“I was amazed that you could send plants in the middle of a NY winter and have them alive and healthy, but you did! I gave them a little drink when I unwrapped them and they were all perky and beautiful. I did have the heat pack in there. Very happy with my purchase and I intend to order more for myself as I gave those away for Christmas presents. Very happy with the purchase!!”

“The 2 Christmas cacti came quickly. They were very well packed and seem to be in good shape. I purchased the heat pack and it was worth the extra money. Only hope I can keep them alive.”

“My plant finally arrived 9 days after it was supposed to. I messaged the seller and never heard back from them. We live one state away. It's a miracle that the plant was alive and I totally missed Christmas, which it was a gift for my mom.”

“I need to apologize first to the employee who injured themselves on my order. There was some blood on the packaging and after getting pricked by the cacti, I understand now. Plants arrived in expected condition, the pickle plant was DOA but I forgot to take pictures/contact within 24 hours so that's partially on me. The biplanata still looks rough, but she's making a great comeback. If it wasn't for the pickle plant this would be 5 stars!”
