“Not looking that healthy”

“The plant was in ok condition at best when received, part is trying to survive while a large part was dead The heat pack did not help as it was frozen solid when the USPS delivered the plant. It was received in time for the holidays, however I believe that it took way too long in transit for delivery.”

“Both my Graptoveria Titubans Variegated arrived looking a little rough, with broken and cracked leaves. My Fred Ives both had bugs tucked in the middle leaves. After some bug spay and a grow light they are all recovering. Have not had issues with previous orders. Just this one.”

“The succulents were not packaged properly and rattled inside the box. The soil was all over the box. Couple of them is still struggling to revive. Not sure if I would oder again.”

“It was very dry and puney looking but the next day it perked up today it drop abour 4 leafs it dosenot have any roots on it i just hope it looks better in a few days i really like the little ruffled leaves very pretty i hope it perks up .”
