“My bear paws came all broken up. Most of the leaves snapped off. I’m not blaming the seller. It was packed well. I think the box got thrown around in transit. I planted what was left and it’s doing well. I received a credit towards my next purchase. I think this is a great seller.”

“The plants arrived in a mangled wet box and the two fuzzy versions are covered with dirt that I can’t clean off of them. Otherwise they were mostly intact and are recovering in their new planters. The Christmas cactus is still looking a bit flat.”

“All of my plants arrived. They were all packaged wonderfully. However, my Santa Rita Cactus i ordered appeared to have a bit of rot on the bottom of the plant. I was able to make a cut and save the rest of the plant.”

“Plants would be great if they were left in their little pots. Cacti had fallen apart in package due to no pot. Pots can’t cost that much. I’m sure the plants will be fine eventually.”

“I said 4 because of the extended delay in the mail. The first plant died but the cacti and succulent didn't. The succulent wasn't very happy when it got here but they all survived. While I know shipping delays are not the fault of the sender entirely it should be a priority to make sure they are shipped well because I have gotten packages from CA in 1 or 2 days.”

“Plants were healthy, although the leaves had serious calcium build up, I tried to gently clean but didn't work well. On two plants all original leaves eventually shriveled and dried, thankfully there have been some pups that are thriving well. I've not had this issue on previous orders.”

“Oh, I love the sedum Winkleri! I knew soon as I saw the Monanthes polyphylla it was not going to make it, it already was pretty much dead the day I received it. The Chinese Dunce Cap has passed away. 😢 I was disappointed in the Spiralis Estagnol it’s very small. I was hoping for a larger one even though I ordered a 2 inch pot. Sun Sparkler sedum Dream Dazzler looks OK but I would like to order a new one. The next four are OK and going to make it, but I want to order new 2 inch plants: pagoda village, babies necklace, ice plant. Please let me know what the total is including shipping. Do you have my credit card information I think. How would you like me to handle this? Thank you so much Louise Shuffield.”

“Everything looked wonderful, except one succulent. It seems to be improving At the moment. All others have already taken off and sprouting new ones. I’m a happy camper, and will not hesitate to buy more in the future. This was my first order, but not my last.”

“I ordered two lovely - or I thought - lovely succulent plants. Do not get me wrong, for the price you pay for the plants, it is definitely decent. The shipping and handling charges cost more than the succulents, surprisingly. As for the two succulents I received. One, CALLISIA REPENS, was beautiful. The wrapping of the plant was okay, I was able to remove the succulent without any issues or damage to it and it survived when I repotted it and now looks as beautiful as it is pictured. Second, Tradescantia Pallida was received broken in half. I was disappointed because when I removed the wrapping, one of the sides of the succulent was split and dead. Fortunately, I was able to revive the second half and so far it is surviving. My only piece of advice if you are ordering, be aware that there is NO POT included, it's just soil with the succulent which makes it tricky to repot if not carefully packaged by the Depot.”
