“Package arrived and the plant was not even in a pot! Dirt all over the place. The plant was limp from lack of water. I quickly planted it & watered it. A very poor business model.”

“All of my plants arrived. They were all packaged wonderfully. However, my Santa Rita Cactus i ordered appeared to have a bit of rot on the bottom of the plant. I was able to make a cut and save the rest of the plant.”

“I received my order yesterday. It wasn’t packaged very well. There were no markings on the box to show which end to open. When I opened the box the pot was upside down and there was dirt everywhere. Additionally, the soil was extremely dry. I was surprise to see the plant was still alive, not sure if it will make it though. We’ll see what happens in a the next few days.”

“I ordered several succulents from the Depot and am extremely happy with them! The plants arrived a little dry, but after a good rainwater soaking they rebounded perfectly and are growing as I speak. the prices at Succulents Depot are fantastic and the choices are incrediable! This is where I will be buying my plants from now on! Highest recommendation!”

“The packaging was horrendous. Two of my plants came as a pile of soil with no nesting pot what so ever...just thrown into paper wrap. Other plants were in poor condition looking like they're knocking on deaths door and the strings of the plant were crunched into paper so all of the succulent "leaves" broke off.”
