“My first time experience was a mixed bag. Of the 4 succulents, 3 were 4-5 stars. The 4th was 3 stars but barely. I reviewed each of the 4 plants plus provided photos. I will reach out to support, as your email indicates, and discuss the very leggy, many leaves lost, Sedum Rubrotinctum Jelly Bean plant that I received. I placed a second order with you. Hopefully all plants will be worthy of 4-5 star ratings.”

“l will write a review on the plants I got last Last month They were very nice the only thing was I did purchase a heat pack and the plant that was on top of it was very dried out and a little burnet. but I will still buy heat packs when I feel it is necessary. this request is on a purchase that I haven't received yet I should get them in 2 days”

“Read insert! When the baby succulents arrived they were packaged with care. They appeared to be in sad shape. My heart fell! I read the insert which assured me with light, water as needed, and time in their original planters pot , they would bounce back. And bounce back they did. Within 48 hours they looked perfect. Since my purchase (~7 days) they are growing and vibrant!”

“Everything came in a timely manner. Most of them were unharmed in the shipping process. I was a little worried about one, but after a little TLC it seems to have perked up some. I plan to re-pot them in a month ish, so hopefully they’ll start to thrive at that point. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase!”
