“The Jade plants came packed in a very strange way. Not instructions. The small baby plants were dry and semi dead. I hope someone calls me to support my purchased items.”

“Do not order from this place. I paid 30 dollars for dead plants. No guarantee like they day they have on their site. I got no replacement or refund. I will never order from there again, absolutely horrible customer service. What a waste of money”

“Some of my succulents arrived in poor condition. I was able to revive them but there are definitely certain succulents I wouldn't order through the mail next time. the majority of them arrived in good condition.”

“All but the Pink Polka Dot plant and the Wandering Jew looked really good! These two looked pretty bad! I am hoping they pull through! I watered and put them under a grow light and I am hoping for the best! The rest look pretty good! The Snake plant is scarred up some what but hoping it won't make a difference!”

“Wow, I find it unfortunate that your 5th Star is "Very Good"? "Excellent" should be a choice as well. I know that succulents and cacti are a hardy bunch, but the quality of the specimens I ordered were all the photos showed and more! As always this time of year you dread shipping over several days with cold, below freezing weather. The option of a heat pad is an excellent idea. After a five day delivery time it was still generating heat on the eight day when we threw it away. Now I am trying to find more spaces around my house and yard where I can fit more of what you have to offer.”
