“I guess I just dont have good luck with bear root plants this order Plectranthus forsteri 'Marginatus' Variegated Swedish Ivy - 8 Inch × 2 was a mess. I always order 2 of every thing in case a shipment gets ruined. Maybe its our mail system but everything I have ordered this last year from your company has not made it. Even the Tradescantia 'Nanouk' Pink Wandering Dude - 6 Inch × 1 that I purchased for the third time is not going to pull thru. I know you will not replace these plants because you told me that in a letter on my first couple of orders, So I think I must be done this time.”

“Succulents depot sent me The exact plant I wanted, which a lot of other sites confused with a different variety of this cactus. When the live plants arrived their dirt balls were extremely dried out and the plants were very wilted. I planted them immediately per succulents depot and now almost a week later they’re standing up. They’re coming back to life and they are beautiful!”

“One of the six plants I received came broken in bits. I attempted to repot the broken stems and all but one died anyway. It was the succulent I wanted most. A beautiful pagoda plant. Kind of shattered about it. Otherwise all beautiful and healthy plants that came very dry, so easy to pot and water without overwatering”
