“This is the best company for bakers, professional or unprofessional. The customers service go out of their way to sort any problem. Product prices in my opinion are extremely reasonable. Orders are processed within 24hrs, and depending on your choice of delivery, are delivered within 4 days. If your not happy with anything within your order, replacements or refunds are dealt with straight away. I am delighted to be a member of this company.”

“This companies customer service is outstanding. Items at very competitive prices. Everyone is so friendly. Website is easy to use, great choice of quality products. Would recommend this company for all home bakers, there own flavoured icing sugars and sugar paste are the best on the market.”

“I think sugar & crumbs are a excellent business I love the icing sugars and now the whipping it up if some people haven’t seen the lives they are excellent I have learned so much and given me confidence to make things and know how to use all the products that they sell so thank you s& c for everything you do to keep us going though this Covid”

“Absolutely fantastic tasting icing sugars, great range of baking products and tools and customer service that is second to none. Free live tutorials that are so informative and fun. I’m a returning customer and can thoroughly recommend Sugar and Crumbs. If it were possible to give more than 5 stars for this company then I certainly would.”

“Received another order I am a returning customer and delighted with the range of high quality products available. The delivery information is great and very reliable. The flavours of the icing sugars are so intense and accurate in taste. I appreciated the gift that came with my most recent order and look forward to my next one thanks. “Brilliant company, Great products, Great prices, speedy,The flavoured icing sugars are all scrummy, The Niffty Nozzles are brilliant as are all the staff, Carols live demos are a must for anybody wanting to learn, Carol, John & all the staff including guests are all lovely, they make everything so easy to follow.
