"Steer clear of Sun Community for buying or renting! They seem to have a knack for ignoring their residents while hiking up lot prices annually. It's like they have a corporate office that doubles as a complaint black hole. Why not join the class action instead? "Sun Communities and their employees do not care about their residents nor the short term residents that come in to visit. We have had 2 sewage spills in the past 2 months and it takes an arm and a leg for them to come clean it up and the manager said it wasn\u2019t on the top of their list to fix the situation. How is raw sewage not a top priority? That a huge health hazard! What takes priority of this apparently everything else. We literally had poop turds and toilet paper and all of the other liquid sitting at our door step for 12 hours and then the manager tried to tell me that it would get clean up tomorrow because it\u2019s dark now and they just didn\u2019t have time. Needless, to say I guess I did enough complaining because an hour later I had 4 people out here at 9PM laying down lime. The problem is that this would have never happened if they would have properly fixed the situation 2 months ago when it happened them to and my husband and I had to clean it up ourselves. I don\u2019t understand the laziness of the people that work here and the continued negligence that is at hand on a daily basis. No one takes responsibility for anything that needs to get done in this park and it\u2019s very sad for the people that live here."
