We bought a modular home in Edgewater Florida. A few yrs later Sun Community bought the complex. Since the everything has went down hill. The large out door pool has been down for 4 months. With no answer when it will be ready. We had 2 piers going out to the Indian river. Both have were suddenly closed. Last I heard they were going to be down for yrs not months. They tore out beautiful greenery to build a bunch of house that are not selling. Even with an HOA team the rent keeps increasing as we lose amenities. Sorry this was more of a rant then question.
