“I had reviewed information on several similar companies to Sundae. Dr. Phils recommendation took me over the top with Sundae. I was more than pleased with Sundae on every level. Sundae told me what they would do and did it just as they had promised. The process was as stress free as a decision of this magnitude could have been. I was expecting at least one or two hurdles but the process went even smoother than my expectations. My congatulations to The Sundae team”

“I was very happy with how the sale of my house went. I was told I wouldn’t have show my house, or get an appraisal, or haul off things I don’t didn’t want to take, and that is exactly how things were. I received a fair price for my house, and was very pleased with everything that happened. Escrow ladies were very helpful, and pleasant to work with. Title company were great, and very helpful in answering all my concerns. I could not have found a better company to work with. While trying to pack, I wouldn’t have wanted to stage my house, and have people come walk though my house to see if they wanted to buy it. Thank Sundae, Dustin, Pat, Bernadette and everyone else that helped me. I will forever be greatful”

“We had 3 quotes for the house and Brandie Holley and Sundae gave us the closest quote to what we wanted. The team was very respectful and worked quickly to help us get the house sold and stay on our time line. I definitely recommend Brandie and Sundae to anyone wanting to sell without all the headaches. “I had seen Sundae on Dr Phil and while back...My mom pasted March 2022, she and my stepfather purchased this home 54yrs ago. My stepdad passed away when I was a senior in high school and my mom was able to finish raising her three children in this home. We all finished high school, one went to college, one went to th Navy and the other went to work, this was the family home. This home was old when we moved in it and since then it has it share of issues, damage and it was time to let go. We are so thankful to Sundae for helping us with the sale of the property. It sold very quickly”

“Stoney was the first to respond to my search and, for me, that's huge! He continued his commitment until I closed on my house. His actions matched his words. Service doesn't get any better than that. “It’s been a while since I’ve sold my home with Sundae. I called a few fast-trackers and I was very pleased with the service and results I received from the company and from Anthony Vasquez.
