“We were very happy with the sale Of our house. If we had to do it again we wouldn’t hesitate to go with Sundae again. They sold the house in one day for over asking price. Glad it is over now”

“I was forever shy of realtors, car dealers and brokers. But with Subdae, I found a new level of professionalism that allayed all my fears. “The realtor, Philip; and inspector were above average for sure. Any issues I had, Philip addressed them and they were resolved so . Closing . The bonus of leaving what was no longer needed and no cleaning reissues took some time with emails to get it cleared up but they got it done. The bonus of leaving items and no cleaning helped with the move. I will definitely use Sundae and Philip in the future for sale of a townhouse I own.”
