“Great experience overall. The Sundae agents were very clear and professional. I sold my house within almost a month from initial contact to closing. No hidden fees. I never felt pressured on accepting any offer. Could I have received more money for my house if I had put in on the market? Probably, but I didn't want to deal with all of that and i also realized the investor and broker have to make money also. If you dont want to deal with repairs, showings, realtors, and want to sell it fast I would recommend Sundae.”

“We were in need of a quick yet flexible way to sell our house. We had renters in the property so showing the house would have been a nightmare. Sundae came in took the pics needed and found a viable investor to purchase our home in a timely manner. We even got more than we ever could have imagined.”

“We used Sundae for the sale of my mom’s house after she passed. This was a very emotional process for us and literally everyone at Sundae couldn’t have been any nicer. They were so helpful, and oh so kind and compassionate. This was the quickest and easiest experience imaginable and we got a very good price with NO fees (and they mean NO FEES) that brought us to a much better place financially than any other realtor ever predicted. And it was fast!! You create your own timeframe, but they are ready to get the job done! I HIGHLY recommend Sundae and plan on using them again!!! I am so happy that I found them!!!!”

“They were the best thing that could have happened to me. I was in a pinch to sell my house due to divorce. They took care of everything and kept me informed during the entire process.
