“On the whole fine you very good been using you for a few years no complaint till now. Forgot to add cases as I've had a small stroke that affects my concentration,unfortunately you wanted to charge me over the odds to add + admin fee. So now I need to go to Ryanair to add cases at a cheaper rate. But for this would of given you ten. Thank you.”

“This will be the third time I have used Sunshine Holidays, I have only had one problem with them last year when they cancelled our holiday, but it turned out it was the fault of the company they used to buy rooms from, so that is the only reason I gave them Good, customer services have been fine when I have had to call them.”
