“A long time waiting on the phone to speak to someone at 13 p per minute plus charges and not being able to to book flights and Disable no longer free I have Holiday with you before and had no trouble but you told me when I spoke to some one else they told me to phone back one month before and they will talk me through it to reg my flights ?”

“The holiday was excellent and everything went well. My only negative comments; I found navigating the website difficult at the beginning and the dealing with the flights through an assigned emaill address a bit cumbersome . On the positive side any contact with Sunshine about a difficulty was answered promptly and politely and solved to my satisfaction.”
