“Colette was very helpful with my booking. My only negative would be kept on hold for approximately 8 minutes while payment authorised. Felt it was a money making ploy fir Sunshine”

“This is the second time I have used this website to book a holiday, it’s easy and if staff phone back they are friendly and helpful. The only negative about booking on a website is the price is not guaranteed and usually goes up from the pending price.”

“It was very quick and easy to book our holiday...the guy I spoke to when I got a message to call was friendly and helpful...it’s shame the hotel price went up after making the booking, not by a huge amount thankfully, glad we’ve got our booking confirmed...”
