“Good customer service however the company need to price match their own prices. My holiday reduced in price but I lost my pound deposit. I would be easier if the company just reduced the price of the original booking instead of cancelling the original booking and then rebooking at the lower price.”

“So far so good. Never booked with yourselves nefore but all seems to be going smoothly so far. I have asked that the hotel be notified about this occasion being a special one as its my daughters 18th birthday celebration”
