“ Company supposedly sent me sim car and expected me to wait another 8 weeks for phone to put the sim card in they were quick enough to take money now they won't refund until I return the sim card I did not recieve askednif was sent recorded delivery now they won't reply ”

“ I think this company is not all it is up to be the wording on the advert is confusing and makes it look like you get the phone straight away as soon as I found out about this I cancelled before my SIM card came I cancelled the same day the money came out they still posted it I sent it back at my cost recorded delivery don't know why they could not just cancel the sim then decided the charging me £20 fee for cancelling it on the same day money came out several emails later no joy then passed me on to some one else saying that if I keep putting bad reviews on it will be slander I thought a review was to view your point and the amount off bad reviews there is I cannot see any one being done for slander I will be putting review every week they say I will do this until I get my £20 they owe me well that's black mail well I don't want the money it is the principle not the money then they phone me and with them also breaking the law they did not tell me my call was being recorded PLEASE READ EVRY THING ”

“ This company has charged my bank on the 29 June for a sim that I never received until 10july and toke my funds out my account I have sent this sim back on the 10july the date I received it and they wanted me to send it back recorded delivery they never sent it out to me recorded delivery so they have taking £65 out my account for a SIM card that's never been used and they are not putting my funds back into my account as they are saying had robbed back to them today and I said I only received it Tuesday and I posted it back 1st class stamp Tuesday night not giving me time they have toke the only funds I have available until next month the customer service team are no help and only seems to be one person on at a time when I ask to speak to a manger the manager does not take calls ”

“ October 2017 I ordered a SIM card, next called sunshine mobile to cancel my order and was told that once I receive the SIM card I have to return it via recorded delivery once received it will be cancelled. ”
