Superbalist have a bad service lately,2 weeks back I ordered and on the day of delivery I got a mail saying they apologize they delivered on wrong warehouse.

Superbalist needs to train their staff on how to solve problems because that is essentially what good customer service is about and without good customer service, you will not have returning customers.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service when trying to return/exchange a parcel. You have to drive to the collection point day after day after day, until eventually they can take your parcel. Emailing and phoning customer service doesn't get you anywhere either. All they do is "apologize forcthe inconvenience". I will definitely never shop there again!

I bought a pair of shoes for my husband as a birthday gift on 3 September and gifted them to him yesterday on his birthday 18 October. If you compare the size 9 sent to me to any other size 9 shoe it is far larger! Superbalist refuses to exchange them as it is after the 30 day period. The shoes are still available on there website so I see no reason why they cannot make the exchange. I am most disappointed with the service and I will be taking it further!

I ordered a pair of sneakers and the order was scheduled for the 31st August till today I haven't received it and when I call no one pick up. I'm so disappointed with the service I received from them

The worst experience of online shopping I have ever had. I bought a sebago shoe two weeks ago and they delivered the wrong size. I then bought another shoe to replace the wrong one and they delivered the wrong size again today. Now I'm sitting with 2 size 10 shoes that I can't wear and Superbalist has my money but I don't have what I paid for. This is a really good example of how bad their service is.

Superbalist is becoming super unreliable, they are not helpful at all, they are not honest, they are not ethical and they need a new managent team/system or they need to forget doing any service at all.
