I am always a bit cautious about buying on line and always read the reviews, (good AND bad) before I buy. I have always found the service to be excellent, the prices are great and delivery not too bad (because anticipating my new fabric slows time down a lot...). I have no experience with returns, because I choose carefully! The fabric is great quality, and I have always been completely happy with what I have bought.

Purchased a designer woolen fabric that is exactly what I wanted. It has a nice drape and feel. Buying fabric on line can be tricky, but SCF always seem to get it right. Their descriptions are always accurate and good value for money. Delivery is quick and the tracking service good. I cannot comment on returns or refunds as I have ALWAYS been thoroughly satisfied.

Lolly Stripes - colour in photo does not match the fabric - it has quite a faded, subdued effect in reality. Other than that deliver etc was good.
I can use the fabric, but if I needed it to be that bright, I would ask for a refund.

Firstly, payment and shipment were very efficient.
Unfortunately the fabric was of very poor quality with pilling, pulls and inconsistent density.
The company provided a return label and I was fully refunded, except for initial postage. The refund was very quick and efficient with no dramas.
Hopefully their swim fabric improves as their service is efficient.
