“Brought the Microfibre duvet coat for my daughter at the Bluewater store on 23/10 , The sales assistant Shivon was so helpful rescued a confused looking lady trying to purchase a coat for her daughter , she even tried the coat on for me so i could check the fitting . without Shivon helps I would not have purchased the coat which is fab and a great recommendation from Shivon , thank you very much Shivon”

“I was so indecisive on what colour of Duvet Coat to go for but Jeff, Chris & Euan in Livingston Branch were so helpful & patient! with me! Eventually went for Black Duvet Coat! What was a nice surprise was receiving the 20% off Student Discount! Thank You to all 3 of you for assisting me in my purchase! Will definitely shop again in Superdry!”

“ik ga naar winkel Superdry in Kattestraat Aalst 9300. supper vriendelijk ,op 3/09/2021 . echt een aanrader om te gaan winkelen !!!! kleding die ook goed is voor mensen zoals ik die beetje ouder zijn 64 jaar ,ik hou van sportieve kleding en dat maakt mij ook wat jonger ,kleding houd altijd zijn model na veel wassen dus SUPPER”

“GREAT SERVICE - I visited your shop at CHESHIRE OAKS on the 14 of August 2021. I was looking for a particular T-shirt that was being displayed in the window. I asked one of your shop assistants Emily where they would be in the shop. She checked the stock and told me they had only 4 left including the one in the Window. After further checks she found the last one in the shop that was my size. Emily was brilliant and went out of her way to help me. She is a real credit to Superdry. She is definitely a 5 star employee.”

“Everytime I go into a Superdry store the staff is always so helpful and happy to help. If im looking for a particular size they will always look out the back for me, returns are no hassle and always ask if there is an alternative that I'm looking for. All the staff are always happy and friendly nothing is to much trouble for them. It's a breath of fresh air to know everytime I walk in to a store I will have a grate customer service. Well done Superdry and all the staff. One very happy customer.”

“I've bought in total 6 superdry items over the last 7 years for my partner as gifts. In total we have had to return 3 of them due to extremely shoddy manufacture. The latest a dress shed its button the first time it was worn and showed clear signs that the fastening loop will not last long. Is it just us who experience these issues?”
